  I have had a wonderful experience with Cardboard Cutout standees. I purchased on life sized cutout which came out perfectly. I have just ordered a second and waiting for it. I worked with two different managers and while one person was good, the other, Patti, was outstanding. She was incredibly thorough in her explanation, responsive and patient with my questions, and helpful in guiding me which photo to choose. if I. ever need another cutout I will use this company - and request to use Patti!

  Ordered a fathead that was needed for my sons event. Received the order and his hair was green which Im not sure how because the picture I sent in was not green at all. I reached out to customer service to obtain a refund so I can try to buy a new one in time but did not hear back from anyone until after my event was already over. They stated I needed to cut out a piece of the fathead and send it in with my order information. The most ******* process ever which caused me more inconvenience to me so I ended up throwing the fathead out. The customer service was horrible as well, very delayed response time. Lost out on $50+ so definitely will never purchase from this company again.

  Hi *******. Sorry for your bad experience. Our first goal is to always re-do your product to correct it. Since your event had already passed, we certainly can offer a refund. We don't need the whole Big Head back, so it's our return policy to have you send a piece of it.As for the green tint in his hair, I reviewed the photo and it appears to be a portion of the green football field in the background showing through some strands of his hair. It should have been corrected, so we'll review this with our Photo Editors.

  I have used Cardboard Cutouts for the last 3 years to decorate our yard for our daughter’s birthday. This year we stepped it up a notch and I needed some help figure out what to order.   I can't rave enough about Cardboard Cutout Standees. I researched companies for awhile and came across them from an author/illustrator group. The customer service was very attentive, helped answer all my questions, worked hard to provide an outstanding end result of my characters' cut out for my children's book series, and followed up quickly to all emails and phone calls. Kids and adults love the cutouts and they'll be great for author events. I'll definitely be coming back and ordering again. Thanks again for such a great product and excellent customer service!!

  The manager named Craig was very rude ,I will not order from here,,he was a jerk Terrible customer service..

  Awful customer service! I tried multiple times to place an order, was basically told I was doing it wrong. Then two hours later, I was told that the site was down and payments weren't working. I asked if they could offer me expedited shipping because of the issue - and they refused to help me. The "manager" was very rude and then told me I should go elsewhere.

  Will not order again, orderd a lifesize cutout, was shipped to me, cutout was Scored and Fold in two places, looks terrible and hard to stay straight up due to the scoring. Rep says they have to do this to follow the shipping requirements for UPS to transport. Does not state that on their website. Will not order again from them.

  I have ordered before but through AMazon. I thought i would order direct. I asked and paid for 2 day air. For a party. I ordered on the 18th. They did not even ship the order until the 20th. Party was on the 21st. I emailed them. They did not reach out. I told them it was not going to work. They basically gave me a good luck response. The cutouts arrived late. Missed the party. I asked for refund. They have ignored me. Not a good company in my opinion
