  Well, Was sitting at a stop sign waiting foe my turn to go after picking up my kiddos when their employee ***** hit the back of my car. After she got out of the company van she proceeded to talk me out of calling thw cops, reporting it, and then started to say she didn't do any damage, to then switch to oh it's just this spot. She did not give me her insurance information. Well come to find out, they have been ignoring my insurance company, lied about their insurance. Lied you say, yes the insurance they gave to cops was a: expired by a day or two, cop said and b: pretty sure they don't have insurance. So, bc she was arguing with her son and hit my vehicle with my 3 kids all under 8 yr old I am now stuck with the deductible and having g to find out what insurance they have. The owner sean ******* is not innocent in any of this, he has yet to return any calls or letters. Funny how he is president of *** and it states that all members must have insurance but yet he has yet to prove he does or take ownership of his own employee damaging my vehicle. This says fraud all over it, it's disgusting and so is this company.

  I have filed a complaint and made a review about this business. Not sure where my initial review went but have since had some updates. Initially ACG had an employee driving a work van on April 2nd 2024. She was arguing with her son( as she stated to me and the police officer) and rear-ended the back of my van with myself and my 3 kids. She proceeded to ask me not to call police and report it and tell me she didn't do damage amongst other outlandish comments. Police come take insurance info and moves on. She wants me to have them just pay for the "minor" damages as she states and I leave. Well we had over $2,000 in damage done to vehicle. She openly gave the cop an expired insurance card (statement from cop) and my insurance/myself had been trying to contact them at office to get policy info. It took me filing a BBB complaint to get a response. Mr. ******* did reach out to me on May 28 at 634pm wanting to come over to my place of residence and make it right. We agreed on the next day at 9am. May 29th 930am still no call no show. 1115am call and vm from him saying he is on his way. We agree to meet at my residence at 1130am. 1145am he shows. Looks at my vehicle takes pictures of my paperwork from shop and says he will take care of it. Will have admin lady cc us in email to insurance. Also states he would like reviews and complaints removed. Well, his insurance calls me not my insurance and wants to talk. I politely send them my insurance companies way and now they claim they are at no fault. So, again we get faulty information and nothing but lies from their mouth. You try to be a good person, you would hope others would too but this has been consistently not the case with this company. Good luck to anyone that has a run in with them, hope nothing goes wrong bc they surely won't make it right.

  Have called and messaged the business multiple times over several weeks to get paperwork emailed and mailed to me about a warranty. Since there was an issue with the appliance within the first month after it was installed. Took weeks for him to finish the job and would schedule a day for him to come but he would cancel on the last minute or just not show up multiple times.

  Great contractor to work with and did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to fix things not even in the quote at no charge. **** was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend ACG to anyone.

  Bad company.. Took out internet cable because they Never called diggers hotline. Flooded my basement twice because they forgot to turn shut off valve.. They tell you they will be there and don't show up. When they do it's usually afternoon, then they expect to work late. Terrible company.. Buyers beware.....
