    Absolutely will never recommend Action Auto to anyone. STEER CLEAR. Our 2011 GMC Acadia went to their shop March 5th 2024 with the following issues: Nonrunning Ac blows hot drivers side Humming noise on highway Window issues Dimming headlights and inside lights Over the course of almost 10 MONTHS and only working on it 5 minutes here and there (zero consistency and did not seem concerned at all with getting our vehicle fixed correctly and back to us in a reasonable time frame), these were the issues found: Splice in starter wire harness Faulty drivers window controls Twisted wiring in engine wire harness Running backwards into fuze box Needs new fuze box Needs new wire harness 1800quote New ecm 2000quote 2700 after part Got truck back late October 2025 Previous and current issues that went UNFIXED: AC still blows hot driver's Passenger window does not roll up with driver's controls Rear windows do not roll up and down with rear controls but work with driver's controls Whining power steering Check engine light - 20 codes! Front cigarette lighter doesn't work Voided warranty on tires by patching with a gummy plug WITHOUT telling us November 2024 went to shop. Check engine light 20 codes, changed battery and cleared codes. Codes came back within 30 miles. Claim this is all trickle down effect from wire harness issue and power running backwards. November 2024. Quoted over $1000 for high pressure fuel pump fix. We refused and fixed in 30 minutes on our own for less than $300. Reduced Engine Power warning still popping on and off as of March 2025 Now no inside sounds work March 2025 Stay away for the sake of everything! This is the worst shop we have ever worked with and we feel robbed due to the fact a year later we are still having issues that were supposedly "fixed". We wasted almost $4,000 on their sub par "work".

    As trained professionals that have been in this business for well over 30 years we can confidentially say that the condition your vehicle was brought to us in (work performed elsewhere) was the subpar work performed in this particular case. We spent months chasing wiring issues that were performed and created elsewhere (with little to no information provided regarding previous repairs). We went above and beyond in attempt to provide you the best possible customer **********************. From day 1 we advised you that this could be a can of worms and you wished to proceed. We provided you with a loaner vehicle the entire time we had your vehicle, we provided you with a second loaner vehicle when the 1st ones A/C stopped working, we provided you with updates every step of the way, we spent well over triple the amount of hours that we actually charged you in diagnostic & we provided you with estimates for other recommended repairs we found a long the way. We did not repair any tires. We tried our absolute hardest to give you a working vehicle back at the best possible price in a timely manner but unfortunately wiring can be a nightmare (your vehicle has about 7 miles of wiring and over 20 computers in it) and it was fighting us every step of the way. We also advised you of everything performed to your vehicle in complete detail, we even explained everything in complete detail to your family member over the phone per your request and provided you with estimates for the window and a/c repairs. We were working on a budget and focused on the original concern stated to us of which was the no start concern. Wiring is very important to a vehicles operation and we are so very sorry that you are still having issues, but again we did not originally cause these wiring issues. We simply repaired the wiring issues to the best of our ability on a budget provided by you. We cannot spend money that isn't ours...we have and always will protect our customers by providing them with the safest vehicle possible at the best possible price we can. We did everything we could to help you out in your time of need and we are very sorry that you were left unsatisfied. We also performed a $110 scan/diagnostic service TWICE for free both times the check engine light came back on. Lastly, we surely hope you left a 1 star review for the original creator of these issues as again we are not the issue here. Thanks again for you patronage.
