      I purchased a home from this company a month ago, and I’m absolutely appalled by the condition of the property and the unethical practices involved. The issues with this house go far beyond cosmetic flaws. The work done here is not only subpar, it's borderline dangerous and, in some cases, illegal. To start, they left exposed wires under cabinets – a serious safety concern. The plumbing is completely out of code, and I’ve had recurring issues with freezing pipes. It took nearly three weeks and thousands of dollars just to get hot water, which was an extremely stressful and inconvenient situation. The heating system is another disaster. They covered heating vents with flooring, creating hot spots in the floor that are dangerous and uncomfortable. I am genuinely scared to live in this house, and I can’t even begin to express how frustrated I am. They also failed to follow through on promises made during the sale. The door handles were supposed to be fixed, and several other issues were supposed to be addressed before closing. None of these were completed. What adds insult to injury is how they treated me during the process. They shook my hand, thanked me for my military service, and assured me I would love the house. That turned out to be a complete lie. These people are dishonest and, frankly, crooks. I would highly advise anyone looking to buy a home to steer clear of this company. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
