    I placed an order with this company for a delivery of firewood. Delivery morning arrived. No show. No call, no reply to texts, no reply to follow-up calls. NOTHING. I would give zero stars if I could.

    You were called and a voicemail was left cancelling your order. In that voicemail it was clearly stated that we apologized for the inconvenience and we would not be able to the make the delivery for a while due to the our main delivery method going down.

    You did not call MY phone number and you did not leave a voicemail on MY phone. Cell phones are very good at making a record of such events and NO incoming call or voicemail from you was received on MY phone. Maybe be sure of the number you are calling?
