    Jeffreys charged ****** over his ******* estimate, that's more than 40%. He claimed the trees "were bigger than he thought." He had been to the property twice, stood next to the trees and had even seen them from the top of the hill that rises next to them. There were no unseen branches because the trees had no leaves, They were dead. The trees did not grow 40%. one of his employees however, did make a hospital visit and receive staples in his head after a limb was dropped from above and hit him in the head. He was not wearing any protective gear. Im wondering if the ****** is going toward that?
