    Awful and dangerous product. **** **, started smoking after less than one year of use. These things happen, but the customer support experience afterwards was appalling. Long wait time. Sympathetic agent who asked me to write a detailed email, with photos, receipt, case number. And then no reply for more than a week. No acknowledgement of receipt. No response whatsoever. Called back. Long wait time. Were on it, they say. Eventual email asking for more details. More waiting. Just awful , slow and completely useless especially considering it could have caused a fire if my breaker hadnt blown the fuse as a result of the transformer on the hood vent blowing. Get it together Broan.
