    I had an appointment this morning at 8 am (6/2)to get my front brakes done on my Nissan Rogue 21. Earlier yesterday (6/2) I was driving around doing some errands and I ordered a pizza online to go pick up. I stopped home first shut the car off ran in to get some things before I picked up my pizza then I went back out to go pick up my order & my car would not start so I then called Laura who has been working there many years. I believe she is the owners wife and she works the front desk. She then offered to bring a jumpstart kit over the next morning(6/2) to see if we could get my car started. Otherwise I was going to have it towed in. She said that she would call me at 7:50 am because she lives literally right around the corner from me and try to jumpstart my car. Well she never called back yet to even explain herself. I had called Marv’s maybe an hour later, and the gentleman that answered the phone said that she was not there yet but would have her call me when she got in… never happened. Didn’t get a call from anyone.!
    I am not going back there and will not recommend this place to anyone.
    It’s not about price it’s actually about customer service and that did not happen. **** *
