    WISH THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR RATING Absolutely worst customer service EVER!! Bought a washer 3 years ago & had problems with it in Feb of this year. Since there was 5 year warranty we called VanVreedes to set up service. They contacted Howie Voight to contact us to do service repair. After several trips & different parts it's STILL NOT fixed!! It's been OVER 2 months and they still haven't fixed it!!! WARNING!! DO NOT UTILIZE EITHER COMPANY!!!

    Third visit today to attempt to repair my refrig. First attempt was under warranty, the rest haven't been though all the failures are from the same problem. They first replaced the motherboard which lasted 4 weeks. Then tried replacing it again but, after much testing, it was discovered a defective fan was sending stray voltage to the MB and was what was causing the MB to fry. That was ordered. New fan and MB installed but further testing showed even more parts need replacement, one of which they have no idea when it will be back in stock. Four months without a frig with no idea when they might get the part. Repairman ***** has no idea-maybe a couple months but not 6. He's also not sure if they will find more bad parts after replacing this next batch. None under warranty though they misdiagnosed the problem when it was covered. I will never use Howie ***** again nor *********** who owns it.
