    Terrible customer service they replaced our roof and in the process destroyed the gutters after 4 phone call we do not recommend hiring this a sagging gutters I have are supported with 2by 4s

    We had our roof replaced in August 2022 and went with badger as we liked our sales rep. Huge mistake not going with a BBB accredited business. Never again. We found their customer service lacking and follow up poor. They subcontracted the roof out anyways and were not on site to make sure things went smoothly. We had to ask multiple times for little things that should have been done. Those little things add up! They just went through a change in leadership recently as well. Our friends also went with Badger for their roof and had the same experience. They were also promised siding replacement and it was not done in a timely manner. It’s a small world and when you don’t do a thorough job people talk. We were promised better service than we received. Disappointed.

    Badger Seamless Exteriors is a company to avoid. Lies about windows being ordered, never returned over 20 calls, never took care of the paperwork for the shingle warranty. I had to do it myself even though it is the contractors obligation to do so according to Atlas.
    Rating would be a negative 5 if possible. Find someone that cares about customer service and word of mouth recommendations.
