    This is the second time I was having AAA tree service out to trim my trees. The first time they came they did great but a piece of equipment they called the Octopus broke that morning. They said they’d be back in 2 weeks to trim my tree that I paid for. That was 2 years ago. I called them for estimate Aug 2024 was planning on having them trim more and Steve the owner said they’d make sure to get the tree I paid for already to be trimmed. Well when I made a call to set something up for them to come out I had to take some work off the job we planned on for financial reasons. No return call. I’ve called numerous times even spoke to the secretary explaining how I haven’t heard from Steve she keeps saying she doesnt know why he hasn’t called my back and will have him call. Nothing! Last time I called I requested I get reimbursed for the tree I paid to have trimmed 2 years ago if he’s not going to come back. Again she says she’ll have him call l, no response! I’d like to be reimbursed for a tree that I paid for and hire someone that will actually do it than take my money and not complete the job!

    I am sorry that Ms. ****** is unhappy with the final outcome of the job we did for her. She may have forgotten the extra trimming that we did, at no extra cost to her, that made up for the tree we were unable to do.***** AAA Tree Service, Inc

    ***** charged me 2 years ago for all the work he did. He never gave me free work to cover the tree he said he was coming back for 2 weeks later because his Octopus machine broke the morning he showed up. I received a new quote for more work Aug 2024 which included the tree from 2 years ago to be trimmed that he never came back for at no charge. Ive called numerous times never received a phone call back. I asked to be reimbursed to have another company come trim it as its going to fall on my roof if it breaks. No response again! Id like to be reimbursed at least $100. Never use this service again from him!!!
