    I was sold a 2013 Hyundai Elantra on 12/14/2022 by K&F Auto Sales in *********, WI. On 9/13/2024 I brought the car in with a grinding sound when I was stopping. They found that my disc brake caliper on the left and right rear needed to be replaced. Upon leaving their lot from them "fixing" the issue it was still continuing to make the horrible whirring sound. I called them to tell them that it was still making the sound. They he assured me that they had fixed this issue. They told me to keep driving it and to call back on Monday if it was still happening. That is what I did as it was still making the sound. Though my car stopped working in the middle of the road when I pushed on my break. A horrible smell came from my car after I steeped on the brake and a horrible sound followed it. I was stuck in the middle of the road. I contacted the shop and they sent a tow for me. I am extremely traumatized from this experience. They then did not document this at all and did not make me pay for any parts. As well they gave me a car that was for sale off of their lot. I find it incredibly disheartening and unacceptable that they put me in this much danger with their negligence of the work that they did on my car. I also found it really horrible that they did not believe me when I told them that this was still happening even after they claimed it was fixed beforehand. I am certain that a mechanic did not do their job correctly and they put me in physical danger with this negligence.
