"Took them over 2 months to get my fridge/freezer repaired when the parts were already ordered. When calling the insurance company (***** **** ********) it took them over a month to get the claim and when calling about an ETA to Diamond Home Services on when they would arrive they said their technician was too busy to come out and fix it which is unacceptable." ...
