    Horrible customer service. Does not complete work in a timely fashion, does not return phone calls or emails, and when confronted blames everything on the customer. Fired this business after 6 months of failed attempts to get taxes and personal/business tax information back from them. Will never recommend under any circumstances. Find another tax preparer. This one isn't even a CPA.

    Be very wary using this place for taxes. Was made aware of serious discrepencies on my tax return after I received a letter from IRS. Was NEVER contacted by owner of KME Accounting and after numerous attempts, was never given an explanation by owner, who signed off on my tax return and certified it as correct. It was not. Previous owner of business was honest as could be and completely stood by his financial work. Lots of tax services out there; stay away from this one.
