We have met with a few windows sales representatives over the past couple of months wanting to get multiple quotes for windows throughout our house. AHT was in line with price but when I learned of all the benefits of their windows, I was truely impressed. After the sales rep left I researched all that we talked about and it was very clear that these are well manufactured windows. Our sales representative was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable of the product.I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 for one reason, and that is because we were given the option to buy that same night in order to save thousands of dollars vs. having some time to review which would cost us. It was alot of information for us to digest and we felt pressured to buy because of the savings. The other sales representatives pushed for an answer but gave us a week to research and discuss. It's a big purchase.All in all, we look forward to the installation of our new windows early next year.

We purchased windows from AHT tonight. We found Tim S. to be very responsive to our needs and sensitive to the way we wanted to structure his sales presentation. He was very personable, respectful, and had a good sense of humor. We would recommend working with Tim mostly because we felt comfortable being upfront with him about our questions and concerns. I like the AHT windows that we purchased because of the quality of the windows and they stand behind their product with a 50 year warranty. We just purchased a AHT door and again didnt hesitate for we know we bought a good quality door that has a 50 year warranty.They stand behind their product and craftsmanship that no other company can compete with them being in business for 55 years. That definitely tells you something!It is the quality/warranty that means a lot today. We dont see that in our products today!AHT Wisconsin Windows

Courteous, knowledgeable, professional. And the Windows ( Triple Krypton & SOLID Composite ) are Amazing! Quiet. MUCH more energy efficient than our old Windows! And sooo much easier to clean. We absolutely love our new AHT Windows & Patio door. I highly recommend these solid composite Windows! And the people there are all super-honest & super friendly. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Sales person quoted me over $30k for 7 windows. When I told him it was way out of my price range he proceeded to give me a one time deal but I had to say yes right away or it would be void. (He lowered it $2,000) Then seemed annoyed and became rude when I again said no and reiterated the price was way too high. First off I didn't expect a 2.5 hour sales pitch,I only agreed to a consultation because I accidently answered my phone. But the real kicker is they have called me 20 times in the last 30 days! They will not stop!!! I don't answer I don't return their calls yet the lady continually calls. I've blocked their number, I only wish I could block their messages too!AHT Wisconsin Windows

Residential sales was a pleasure to deal with. However, the experience of their commercial sales is the opposite. I've never met a ruder salesperson and will no longer give them consideration after the string of obscenities that the commercial salesperson loudly spouted after I asked him to leave. All because my spouse had left 30 minutes earlier to rush our diabetic dog to the emergency vet due to a bad reaction. Over and over I heard how we wasted his time. He refused to measure for windows and give a bid unless I was willing to say 'yes' today without discussing with my spouse. After a few rounds of me apologizing and him saying about how much time was wasted, I politely informed him it was best he leave. The door had just shut when he began shouting obscenities and making a scene. After he got to his car, I stepped outside and calmly apologized again and informed him we would send a review. He was still shouting as I shut the door and went about my evening. This is not a company I want to give my business to. I can only imagine the type of customer service I'd receive if I ever had a complaint about the install or their product after this experience with sales. Btw, when informed about my dog all I got from him was 'I didn't realize dogs could get diabetes'. No condolences, no other comment. It went straight to us being a waste of time, AJ's exact words. Very unprofessional! Actually, the worst sales experience in my 50 trips around the sun. Why can't we give zero stars? They definitely do not deserve the 1 star that I'm forced to give them in order to leave a review.AHT Wisconsin Windows
