"Called 730 in the am no oil waited all day for oil and relight which I had to pay of course called back 430 pm still waiting no show called 730 now 12 hrs later still in the cold single degrees and told 200 dollars after hrs fee dealt w/them since 07 now have to move or find new oil what to do please help"
