Very pleased with the response to a potentially ugly issue; a clogged basement drain pipe and a forecast for heavy rains. Jordan was professional, courteous and listened to what had occurred. He set about tackling the problem and handled it quite quickly. The only issue I had was that a cost was not mentioned before work began. I take partial blame for not asking until he had started. The fee was reasonable so all is good. I would use them again and have no problem recommending them for future work.Review fromDan S

In 2023 I have had multiple contractors ghost me when requesting quotes.Vesel responded immediately and got me a written quote within 48 hours.They then scheduled the new roof in just a few weeks.The work was completed and the cleanup made it look they were never even there.Very happy with the work, communication and professionalism.Review fromTammy W

Met these guys at the Home and Garden Show and was directed to Jon who dealt with plumbing. I had a problem with the toilet I couldn’t figure out and he came out the next day and helped me. Found out some thing that was lodged in the toilet. Jon did great job very professional and personable, went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Everyone I dealt with from this company was friendly and professional . This was my first time ever having to work with a plumber and so glad I run into them at the show. We had warranty work done to replace a leaking water heater. Received a call from the company and was assigned a date and time for the repairman to come and check out the problem. Jon was prompt and checked out the problem. It was submitted and a new water was installed on 11-11-22. Jon was very professional and explained what he was doing each step of the way and completed the work in a little over an hour. Because of their service I asked for an estimate of some other plumbing work I was considering having done.

Work was done on a clog toilet 9/22/22 paid $241.75 for little less of a hour. Happy he was able to get my toilet working. But the next day my toilet was clog again this work did not last 24 hours. At the cost of $ 241.75 not affordable. Would like to see a refund. When I call them I was told they did the what budget aloud. Had I known that I would of never accept them to do the work. Because it only last not even 24 hours. They offer to come back. But do not trust this companyVesel Services, LLC
