      Stumped four stumps and restoration. Grass grew back right away but then died off. The new dirt/clay was mounded up too high like little hills. I started shoveling to level off mounds. Found that grass died off because new fill is crappy clay. Also I found they hit an underground pvc drainage pipe with a hokie repair (never told me) so I am redoing everything. Only thing they did right was the grinding.
