"While acting as POA for the sale of my mother's condo, we made the mistake of trusting an early no-contingency offer from a buyer client of Shorewest Realtor's ******************** Two rescheduled close dates later, we were finally told Shorewest's client couldn't close until she closed on the sale of her own home first. A web search of the buyer's name revealed Shorewest's agent, *******************************, was both the representing agent for the bogus no-contingency offer AND the agent for the sale of the home preventing our buyer from closing on time." ...
