    I have been having my nails done here for over a year and I have always been happy. Today I also had a pedicure and my eyebrows, upper lip and chin waxed.Unfortunately today's experience was awful from beginning with the pedicure and nails to the end with the waxing. My nails are crooked the polish doesn't cover the sides of my nails. While getting my waxing on my eyebrows the young lady started to use a razor. I asked her to please NOT USE A RAZOR. So she got a scissors. Again I asked her to wax them.So she stopped working on my eyebrows and went to my upper lip. I could tell she was not using the tweezers so I stopped her and asked her what she was using. She showed me the razor. I got upset and told her I DON'T WANT HER TO USE A RAZOR ON MY FACE.So again she stopped and moved to my chin. She did use the tweezer. When she was done she had me feel around my face and I could feel hair all over my lip and chin. She plucked 2 or 3 times and said she was done. At this point I was to upset to stay and say anything.When I got home my face still had wax and cotton all over it. I still had most of the hair on all 3 areas.I would normally gone back for her or someone to fix, but I didn't want to drive that far again.I went to a salon down the street from my house and they fixed it. I honestly can't believe that she knew what she was doing.My son is getting married tomorrow and I was hoping today would be a relaxing day for me to be pampered.After going there for a year this was a horrible experience and I will NEVER EVERY go back THERE.
