    KOERNDOERFER REVIEW     My name is **** ********.  I am a real estate investor / developer.   My most recent project is located in ****** ******* **** ** ******* at ******** **.  The CSM is named ******* ****** ** ****** *****.   The finished place is spectacular!   It’s a single family, * ****** ** ******** **  ***** beauty. ***** ***** **** has appraised it at $1.3m.     In any event, I like to compliment my builder, Koerndoerfer Homes.   Nicole *****, Sales Rep for Koerndoerfer, did an excellent job in drawing up the plans and budget on my project. Achieving the presentation goals for both the plans and budget upon completion is a testament to her expertise and professionalism. It is always reassuring when company exceeds our expectations.   I was especially impressed with L the construction in that 2”x6” lumber used rather than the usual 2”x4”, this is just as an example of the high quality by Koerndoerfer. The project came in right on budget without the oftentimes “over runs”! Koerndoerfer’s Field Supervisor, Rich ******, pulled the whole project together seamlessly.   I had an independent building inspector commend the quality of the construction and the attention to detail of the homebuilder. This reinforces the confidence in the workmanship and adds another layer of assurance for you as the homeowner. The independent Home Inspector identified some minor issues. Koerndoerfer addressed these issues immediately.   ***** ***** ****’s ****** ********* handled the financing of the construction. He worked in conjunction with the builder and the Title Co. The coordination and disbursement-management was efficient and seamless.   I would definitely recommend Koerndoerfer and ***** ***** **** for your building project!
