    I recently received quotes for two different parcels of flatware from this company. I accepted the quotes and my flatware was picked up and shipped to them. I received a check for only one parcel. When i called to ask why I was told they had a new person writing checks and it was an oversight. They would mail me the additional check. When the second check came it was for less than the quote. When i called to inquire why, I was passed from one person to another. Finally, Phil called back and tried to explain the lesser amount but he was unaware of the fact that there were two parcels. This is all documented in emails I received from the company before I shipped the flatware. He was very rude and said he didn't have time to check this out and he would send a check for the additional amount, all the while sighing and acting like it was my fault. I do not recommend doing business with this company. There are many companies out there. Choose a good one with a reputable and professional staff.
