Per your request,you will receive full credit for the amount of your merchandise purchase; to berefunded to your credit card or applied toward an earring exchange. Shippingexpenses are non-refundable, and if you received “Free Shipping” on apromotion, my shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Custom Earrings,cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Instructions
Enclose a copy of your original invoice with the returnitems.
Returned items must be received no more than 25 daysafter delivery to you.
(Yahoo only keeps credit card information for 30 days.)
During the holiday season, gifts purchased 11/1 thru12/25 must be returned by 1/15 of the
following year. Provide your creditcard information for issuing credits or charges for exchange pricedifferences or shipping costs for extended holiday returns.
The items must be in their original condition.
