  The scheduling was quick and easy. Technicians showed up exactly when they said. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They took great care putting on shoe covers every time they went in and out of the house. The work was completed quickly and completely. Everything was reviewed with me once work was complete. I would definitely recommend using Absolute Plumbing.

  Was very impressed with their cleanliness and the fact that you knew ahead of time what the pricing was…also checked other plumbing in the house to see if up to date at no extra charge…definitely will recommend to others…

  Would never recommend them! We had a kitchen sink that had just plugged and called them … by mistake I might add… they came out and were more concerned about selling us a yearly maintenance contract than they were fixing our drain.. For a half an hour he talked about selling contract and money… money… money. Ended up costing us 842.00 for two hours!!!! That is their standard charge, if it takes them half hour or three hours!!! Our mistake for not sending them on their way and just paying service charges which were so much and truck was another charge..
  my husband and I are 81 and 76 …. Our sons were more than upset with us!!! Never again..

  Hi Laurie, I am glad to hear that your kitchen sink drain is running properly. Our recorded call to our office indicates that your husband Eugene told us that he was the homeowner. Eugene told us that we were referred by the usual plumbing company you use because they don't offer drain cleaning and we do. One of our core values among several at Absolute Plumbing is adaptable. We were more than adaptable meeting Eugene at his place of work and then following him to this home the same day (because he would not give us the address over the phone). Our technician then arrived to the home, received approval for the service fee (yes, we discuss money because we have been burned and it is honest to go over this right away and not at the end). The technician then did an evaluation of what was going on and proceeded to give options (two different options) for how we could help clear/clean this stubborn kitchen drain line. All of our options come as StraightForward pricing (includes: material, labor, overhead, equipment, etc) as stated over the recorded call when the call was booked. So no matter how long it takes, we will get the job done and done right. The option that you chose was to auger and water jet this line (the best option to clear that line). And again, our policy states that we have you sign on the option that you choose prior to us doing any work (this means you know the pricing prior to us doing anything).We augered and jetted 45' of pipe from the kitchen through finished basement ceiling tiles all the way down to the drain stack where it was cleared. Our state of the art GPS software indicates that our technician was onsite for 3hrs and 15min. This time does NOT include the additional time we took to meet you at a different location to follow you to this house. As a courtesy to our clients we do offer an exclusive preventative maintenance Diamond Club that saves you $$ and gives you an annual plumbing checkup that is included. This program allows us to be the doctor of your home's plumbing system. Our Diamond Club does have a financial commitment that comes along with all the benefits. We do an annual thorough inspection and give you a report of how your system is working (its not for everyone, but we have several hundred very happy members). I am confused as to why this review was written almost a week after service if you knew what the price was prior to us doing work. If you didn't like the price, we could have simply left. You can't go to a restaurant, look at the menu and associated pricing, then choose to eat whatever you selected and then complain about the price online almost a week later. We cleaned up after performing the work and making sure that your sink was drain well and that there were no leaks before we left. Drain cleaning is a messy job, one of our safety features is to make sure that when we leave the job, its as clean if not cleaner then when we got there. Our job is to build great relationships, if you would like to schedule a time to come visit us at the office to review any of this job we would be happy to do so. We have pictures/video, time stamped signatures, GPS time stamp, etc that we can review. To all of our past, present, and future clients thank you for reading this response.
