In July of 2022,We answered an ad on ******** marketplace for a HVAC install for new construction. ***** replied back with more info and pricing. He sent ** a contract via email listing the supplies and services that wound be rendered. We asked if he offered a cash discount. He said yes if paid in full, and he would come drop off the equipment and pick up the $. He did, confirmed pick up of almost $6,000.00. He dropped of a furnace and an A/C unit. Fast forward October, we had an install date finally and it was a no call and no show. So we call and finally we get a reply that his wife had a baby and gave a new install date. That date goes by, no show and we keep calling and he finally replies that his worker was in a bad car accident and would have to reschedule. Weeks go by and nothing but excuses. So we keep calling everyday until ***** gives us a name of this other guy named ********************* of B&P *************** who is now his "boss" but now doesn't work for him from *****. We call this number and get a very unprofessional man who claims he is NOT the boss and that's someone else, a cousin or brother. We call back and leave a message for who we are now told is the owner. He assured us that he had issues with ***** and was contracted out and would get this resolved. ***** came out once time and cut a round crude hole in our new home using a sawsall and installed a crooked exhausted pipe. Didn't bring the duct work or any other supplies to hook it up. Very ill prepared and I professional. Not sure their connection or affiliation to each other but they scammed us out of almost $6,000. We have an outdated AC unit to boot and an inoperable furnace because he never converted it over for LP. We have continued to call. Some numbers are now disconnected or voice mails full. Last text from ***** he told us we got what we paid for and he didn't owe us anything else and wasn't coming because we aren't living in the house anyways. We paid JayDe in July! We have been more than patient.
