"This is for the Arby's in ****** or from other businesses that relates to this ****** establishment, A week ago I went to Arby's in ******, and was going to use my gift card to buy a roast beef, and they said the gift card systems were down, and they said we will contact the manager about this problem, I went today, same story, So why is this still a problem?"
