    After I moved in the chief gas inspector came to check out my water heater and told me that the monoxide levels were over 400ppm. He told me the heater need to be removed and that I would have just died in my sleep. That was the first month I moved in.... Lack of communication. Lack of understanding their own business Lack of knowledge and understanding to managing their properties Do not sign anything with this company and save yourself a world of problems. Your better of anywhere else

    Horrible horrible establishment. If I could rate less I would. I lived in their place for less than a year by the time I moved in and out, mold in shower and multiple problems upon moving in. Honestly better cleanly wise by the time I left. Would take weeks to get back to any maintenance requests, our AC was broken the entire summer, water heater broke for weeks. The shower would scream at you when being turned on and water came out rust colored (which they insisted was *** **** Waters fault) ************ is exploiting me of almost $2000 for misc charges for cleaning, repairs, painting the closet, *************. would not recommend. Beware of scammers.

    Moved in during covid lockdown sight unseen. Appliances did not work, the ******************** were so bad that I never kept food or cooked in the apartment. Upon move in, they provided the wrong keys in the lockbox and I had to wait over 4hrs in the heat for them to get the correct key. They increase rent with no upgrades to the space or reasoning as to why the rent is being increased. When I first moved in the building was completely open to the public and you would often find homeless people hanging out in the hallways. They have since installed a door with a digital code, after installation they failed to give the code to the post office and for weeks tenants filed complaints about not receiving our email, we were told we can pickup our mail at the post office and that we are responsible for informing the mail persons on how to enter the building. I have moved out and jevons is trying to charge me for damaged floors that were damaged when I moved in.
