"supervisor(****)said, its best if I go somewhere else,because she cant guarantee that her care team would treat me nice or or give quality or adequate care now, because of this, So instead of being understanding she then said, they are not changing their practice for me, (I never asked for a change in the policy) I used the hand sanitizer per requested,it ***** so I risked my hands off with water after 20 seconds. never in my life have I felt threatened by a clinic, about hand washing she raised her voice and said, get back up out that chair and use soap although I had already used sanitizer, my husband stood up and said what the heck my wife did as you asked." ...
