"[Excerpted from formal complaint lodged with WA DOL on 5/29/2024]Needing to obtain a replacement Title, I visited a DOL contract office in ********* but was told that their records still reflect my credit union as the lienholder, and in order to get a replacement title issued, I would need a letter from my lender showing the lien had been released.
