    In May of 2022 this company installed a new liner in our pool. It was wrinkled and leaked from day one. We waited all summer as they led us to believe they could remedy it. They did not. We won a judgement against them in small claims court December 2022. Unfortunately it was only a fraction of what we paid them. A new company drained the pool to install a new liner. There is an actual HOLE under the steps due to faulty installation. In addition, we placed an order for a spa with them in December 2021. We paid them a $2700 deposit. We understood the spa would arrive approximately in June. In May I informed them I would like to cancel my order. They informed me there would be a restocking fee. This was for an item that was still not expected to be in their warehouse for now 6-8 weeks. When questioned as to why they were keeping 25%, their exact words were "because now they had to find it a new home". There was never any contract, nor did I sign anything. In addition their own web page was blank concerning refunds and returns. That cost us $1995. By the way, all of this is well documented through our attorney correspondence with them and court records. BUYER BEWARE.
