    They get no stars. Do not do business with this company. They sold us our dream pool design starting in 8-2021 with starting the project in 2-2022 with digging the hole for the pool. They had no problem taking our money. We have well over $125,000 invested so far. Project didnt start till 5-2022 when the pool arrived. The crew that started were great and very experienced. After digging the hole they quit. So we had a hole and no pool for over a month. Once the pool arrived the hole that was dug was to small so the dropped it in the small hole. That was the start to several problems. Once the pool was in the ground we did not see anyone for a month. But they continued to ask for more money. We constantly call for updates and they constantly lied saying people were coming and never showed up. When they did no one know what to do and were at our location for a few hours only each visit. The workmanship was horrible at best and they had no respect for our property. Always damaging stuff and leaving garbage everywhere. Needless to say it 8-2023 and our pool is not complete and has issues. Both **** and ******************************* have never been to our home to look at all the damage and the poor work that their company did to our home. We went to talk with them yesterday and doors are locked with people inside and you have to make an appointment. I have called and asked for an appointment and once again no call or reply back. So now its time to hire an attorney and begin a law suit.
