We had two other solar companies deny us for solar panel installation. Well, third time's the charm! Nationwide Solar (thank you ***** ******) was the only company that physically came to our property and said yes. Despite the high demand of customers, appointments were made fairly quickly. EVERYONE involved in the process were professional and courteous. Abcdee ********, our cust. ***. mgr., was fairly easy to get a hold of if we had any questions/concerns along the way. **** and ******* (we hope we got their names right), we're grateful for that last phone call to tie the ends to our solar panels journey!

I had two complex installs: 1) my house was a duplex 2) my rental was in another city and my tenant was the customer for the power company 3) I eventually decided to go with a Home Equity Line of Credit for the financing.1) I had been told that most solar companies won't even talk to you if you are a duplex, and I had some not return calls. And my townhouse neighbor did present me with problems--making Nationwide add them to their liability paperwork, and a certified letter making me responsible for any problems. Also, I live in a county that used to be slow to permit so Nationwide is relatively new here. Nationwide cooperated with these issues and assured me they would not be on my neighbor's roof. 2) It took a while to get the power company there to send their agreements to me. I had to switch the account to my name. 3) I signed and canceled funding many times as I tried to work out what was best for me.Through all this Nationwide was responsive and kept me updated. I had to intervene with the power company, but otherwise they did all the permitting and paperwork.I also had lots of questions about the equipment they used. They gave me links and information so that I felt comfortable. Once the paperwork was in order they scheduled the install quickly and completed it in a day. My inspector, who was the chief inspector for my area, was impressed with their work. All in all, a great jobNationwide Energy Inc.

First, it was a pleasure with the people at Nation Wide Solar. All the people from the salesman to, the our project manger (Abcdee) to scheduler (****) to the installation crew. I was always treated with respect and courtesy. No question I had was treated as trivial. The whole process, which started on around the middle of April and we turned the system on May 9. All the financing and permit gathering and inspections went very smooth and quickly. Thanks to NWS for the great job.Nationwide Energy Inc.

If you have been considering a solar power system for your home, I would highly recommend working with Nationwide Solar. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. From ****** (home visit) to Abcdee (Project Manager) to German (electrician). The installation team *************** were very professional. They did excellent work, were careful of our property and did a great job cleaning up once they were done. Over the years, I have always been relunctant to install a solar power system due the incredibly high up-front costs. For those that have the same concern, Nationwide has the perfect program in place. They require no out of pocket, no upfront money, none. It was hard to believe, but it worked out just as they said it would.Our Project Manager, ******, kept us up to date on each and every step of the way. They took care of permits and inspections and scheduling. Another factor that came into the picture was that our utility company had just implemented a large rate increase. So, the timing was perfect. My electrical bill will now be a consistent amount regardless of how much these rate increases occur or by how much. I highly recommend Nationwide Solar. Check them out, ask all the questions you need to ask, you will be surprised how simple they make the process work.Nationwide Energy Inc.
