    Dealing with Snap Supplements was one of the worst experiences EVER! Some time in late spring/ early summer 2023 I ordered a product. It wasnt long (i.e. 4 weeks) before I discovered that I had been signed up for a $50 monthly subscription; I returned it unopened, marked Refused. I sent an email stating that I had NOT signed up for a monthly subscription and would refuse all future deliveries. Sometime in late summer/ early fall, I received an email that an order was being prepared for shipment. I called their ***************** clearly conveying my outrage at their heavy-handed, deceptive sales practices. I spoke with a sales gentleman who assured me that he would cancel ALL subscriptions, adding that I would not receive ANYTHING further from Snap.So, imagine my surprise, disgust and anger when, about 3-4 weeks ago, I received ANOTHER notification of an impending shipment; the notice referenced an Oct 26 order. When I sent back an angry reply, I received an email stating that this was all MY fault, because I had never gone into their website to unsubscribe. WHAT THE HE**? 1) I had never subscribed! 2) In that early Fall phone call, I CLEARLY asked for, and heard confirmation of my name being erased from their list of subscribers.3) I recall reading that orders can only be cancelled by calling them, which is EXACTLY WHAT I DID WHEN I MADE THAT DAM CALL!Despite my emailing their sales **** THREE TIMES in the last month, saying @ DO NOT SEND that shipment! I dont want it! I never asked for it! And I will return it Refused.That shipment was delivered the day before yesterday. Da**it! I should send them an invoice for all my time they stole from me with those dishonest & deceitful sales practices!!
