"Company was asked to come out to service our furnace, company disclosed a $300 trip charge but failed to disclose a min hourly rate in addition to the $300 charge of $460. Service tech admitted he should have disclosed that but forgot, spoke to the main office manager who said its not their policy to disclose their rates up front but when I pointed out that thats extremely shady business practices, he insisted its not." ...
