    Early morning (9:20) to drop off some returns and ship out an order per usual but what isnt usual for myself is to go to this location (The Ups Store - ******************************************************* *****) its closer to my home so I figured it would be fine. No it wasnt I would rather travel to ******* in the mits of **** than to ever deal with the old bald white crusty man who I dealt with today (Feb, 21st , 2023) from the moment you step into the store you can feel the energy shift because of his presence alone each customer (total 3) who were in the ********************** were being rushed and spoke to in a extremely unpleasant and unprofessional tone of voice. Now when it came to me I had two packages to return to Amazon which he scanned the wrong QR code for each item from my phone after this MINOR encounter happened he proceeded to yell at me to get my s*** right I told him he was a total f****** d*** and next time have some patience when dealing with folks in the customer service field he then yelled at me again saying next time get it right next time get it right while huffing and puffing engulfed with rage, so uncomfortable! I then took my receipt invoice for proof of my exchange and went else where with my other package. Please do everyone in the surrounding areas a favor and review him or his business. I mean just take a look at his reviews if my message doesnt speak for itself.
