    Noble Path needs to get a name that befits its actual work ethic ~ maybe something like Take The Money and Run. I hired *******************, owner, last fall to do a remodel on a house Im renting out. I gave him a deposit of nearly $8500. After much thought, it was decided that an extensive remodel would be silly for a house I was going to rent and not live in myself. Everything there was actually very respectable just not quite my taste. Thus, I called **** to see about a refund of my deposit. He agreed. And then. absolutely nothing came my way except excuses. Its been months since he was supposed to refund my money. Hes made every excuse in the book ~ COVID (at least four times), unforeseen circumstances, checks stolen from the mail box, you name it. He sent me a promise to pay two weeks ago swearing to the Almighty that my check ~ a cashiers check ~ would be in my hands by *today* ~ September 15th. But guess what? Ive received not a single *****. Like ***** and *** who posted above, all we get are promises and lies. I am a widow. Im alone now trying to navigate everything. That $8500 is MY money, not money that belongs to Noble Path ~ and money I need. It has not been returned to me and a person who I actually really liked in the beginning has defrauded me. I WILL be filing in small claims court tomorrow. Beyond the money, Im completely heartbroken that NOBLE PATH turned out to be completely false. ******************* is NOT noble; he is a taker and I simply cannot believe that as I grieve the loss of my husband, I now have the emotional burden of a small claims lawsuit in front of me. Its absolutely heart-wrenching.

    We would not recommend Noble for anything. Beginning in early June we contacted Noble to repair water damage to our home. Noble's employee/representative came, accepted our deposit and sent someone to clean and repair the carpet. The carpet is clean but the repair was substandard. The gentleman the Noble's employee sent literally told me, as he was leaving, he cleans carpet but really doesnt do repair. Not pleased, but the carpet was not new; the repair was bad but serviceable and so we decided not to press the issue. We went ahead picked out the linoleum for the bathroom. In July, after receiving no response to our multiple texts, emails and phone calls to the employee, we sent an email directly to the Noble on their website link. They did respond quickly and told us employee "was no longer working for them." It leaves us wondering do they even know who their clients/customers are and whats going on? Why didnt anyone contact us and let us know?Once again we had dead air. We attempted numerous times to continue contact Noble. We decided we our funds returned and would find someone else to finish the job. We finally sent another email through the link on Noble's website. The business owner contacted us and, through a few phone conversations, we believed he would resolve the issue. He promised to make it right and return our full deposit. He seemed sincere and truly apologetic. We thought he was being truthful. This was a huge mistake.It is now late August. After an absurd number of excuses and insincere apologies, we still have not been made whole. We are not rich and this money is needed to make repairs to our home. This irresponsible, unprofessional behavior is not ok. We will be pursuing other avenues to recover our losses and make ourselves whole. Do your due diligence.
