  I first contacted *************************** (president of the general contracting company) via email from his ********** add/reviewing his website: ******************************************************************************************. that was 7/2/23. On 7/3/23 we went from email to phone call where he stated he could come look at my house to inspect the project so that he could provide a quote. 7/3/23 asked me to text him my address and that he would head right over. He did just that. To inspect my carport project on my driveway. During the meeting/inspection he stated he could also do any interior work that *** be needed. So we went into my home to look at another project. He asked for a few days to put together a quote. I waited a week and didn't hear back. So I called him and left a voicemail. I received no response. Waited a couple more days and I text him. Same results. Waited until 7/18/23 and I emailed him. Again no response. Very unprofessional. I then on 7/21/23 left a ****** review 1star. That day he finally emailed/contacted me to state he didn't appreciate the review and that my review was false. I feel that he used the plow of doing an inspection for a quote to enter my home to "scope out" valuables or some other negative reason that had nothing to do with actually providing a quote or actually wanting to do the work. He verbally stated the work was easy and he could have it done within a week. Not upset if he can't or doesn't want to do the work. But he shouldn't enter peoples homes stating he can and wants to do the work to then ghost them and not respond until a ****** review stating the truth is posted. Very shady and unprofessional.

  I am sorry I did not get your estimate back to because of your special issues with the ****************** of what you already had illegally installed. I was working on getting all of the information and options to suit your special needs. 
  
  As to going into your home, when we were done with talking about the cover to your boat I asked if there was anything else I could do for you before I left and then you asked if I did drywall. I responded that I can do anything except electrical and plumbing. That is when you invited me into your home to inspect the horrible drywall attempt you did when you removed a cabinet and you asked for an estimate for repair your work. Then you proceeded to walk me through and point out specific issues with bumps in your walls and I gave a plausible scenario of what might have caused it. Then you asked me for an estimate to fix that. Then you lead me to the back yard to talk about the dilapidated deck that you have in the backyard. I gave you a verbal explanation of how all of the deck boards needed to be replaced but you only wanted to cheap on that and only wanted to replace certain boards. Then you lead me to the corner of your property and told me how you hated trees and wanted to remove all of the trees if you could. That is when I told you that the permits to remove trees were expensive but it can be done. This is when you told me that you wanted to put in a hidden gate to access to main road to the other side so you put in a make shift gravel drive way without the city or county knowing. Im not too keen on doing illegal work. At that point Id asked if there was anything else that you needed and you said that was about it. I told you it was going to take me a while to get all of this out together especially when you were asking for illegal work to estimated. You told me that to help cheapen the cost that you can get me a discount on vehicle parts because you are a sales manager for the company that distributes RoyalPurple. I told you that that was nice but not needed. 
  
  After researching your projects and talking to the city and county to see what can be done to accommodate your needs I ended up waiting on other suppliers to respond with quotes to get you a complete idea of what can be done. I received a 1star review on ****** and it took me a few to even know who it was from. You responded that my adds and my website promised quick and timely quotes and used this as a basis to file a complaint. When I asked you to show me a screen shot of my adds stating this you failed to reply with proof. You also made it more than obvious that you are out to prevent any business that my business may have just because I didnt get you an estimate quickly to you. Then you file the above complaint and made some false slanderous accusations of me scoping your house for potential theft and I will be talking to an attorney about leagal actions.
