    Dear BBB Team,

    I am writing to inform you that the complaint #********, involving Ally Plumbing Inc. and myself (consumer: ***** ******), has been resolved. Ally Plumbing Inc. has refunded an amount in question, and I consider this matter closed.

    Please update your records accordingly. I appreciate your assistance in facilitating this resolution. Should you require any additional information, feel free to contact me. Attached are written exchanges for records.

    ***** ******an optionI only found out after requesting a video. The company initially failed to install a two-way cleanout, and it was only corrected after I specifically requested a video inspection. Upper management and ownership have ignored my calls and emails for over three weeks, refusing to address these issues or provide a resolution.Desired Resolution:I am requesting that Ally Plumbing Inc. either:1. Complete the work as originally promised at no additional cost, including IMS cutting and tying in the two drains, OR 2. Issue a full refund for the line items and services that were not rendered, as I paid for work that was never completed.I chose Ally Plumbing over another contractor based on their promise to perform the same work for a lower price. Instead, I was left with an unfinished sewer lining project and a company that refuses to communicate. I expect a professional resolution and am prepared to escalate this complaint if necessary.

    Ally Plumbing was paid $1,150 to fix a bathtub leak dripping to the first floor. Their plumbers spend only 90 minutes fixing just one of two leaks. The second leak was never discovered during their initial due diligence.

    Ally Plumbing came to my house for a water leak diagnosis and fix on Sept 11th. The technician misdiagnosed and suggested a shower cartridge replacement which he believed would fix the problem. We observed that he had to call for help and he didn't spend time find out where the source of the problem was, even when we had suggested to check the crawlspace. After replacing the cartridge he still heard water leak so he finally confirmed the leak is from a pipe in the crawlspace but he didnot have the time/expertise to fix and asked us to make another appointment. We were charged over $500 and we managed to get a refund. We also hire a different company who could get it done on the weekend for us and charge much less. The outstanding issue was that the technician didnot put back the shower handle properly and there could be some small parts missing. When I asked **** to come and reinstall it for us, they said they no longer serve our area and the same technician is no longer with the company. I feel that this is not reasonable, the company has left a damage and they should address this. I'm looking for your advice.
