They a professional estimator tour house. He surveys every room and wall in the house and gives you a firm estimate for the number of boxes need to pack what he surveyed. Come packing day, guess what come packing day the professional estimator is WAY off. In our case he was 1/3 under. Sooo, we are told we owe another $4.1K. H*** why even estimate. They run it like a grocery store. Just show up at the check out and get handed a bill. If you choose Neighbors just beware.

To whom it may concern,
The estimator did an onsite survey of *** ********* moving requirements and *** told our estimator that he would complete a portion of the packing. Upon arrival our crew discovered that there were many boxes with items in them, but they required additional work to seal all of his boxes (which we did not charge him for). *** also did not seem to have completed the amount of packing that he said he have completed in our written agreement. We gave *** a revised estimate for the additional packing that was needed for an additional $2,000 based on a conservative estimate by our Operations staff. When all was said and done, his bill was $1000.00 more than his original estimate.
We are not aware of where he came up with an additional $4.1K. This is inaccurate.Review fromRowan C.

I was told that a crew of 3 strong movers would be at my door ready to go at 8 am sharp, I was the first order of the day. I waited for three hours before calling HQ, and was told that due to "scheduling problems" the crew had to double up on assignments and they were going somewhere else for "a small job" first. I waited two more hours and still hadn't even received an ETA, despite calling HQ several more times. I've been transferred to extensions that don't get picked up. I've been lied to. They're giving me excuses like "oh there's lots of bad traffic today!" Oh really? Five hours worth of traffic??? Absolutely unprofessional. Will be requesting a steep discount. Wouldn't recommend this service to an enemy. GO ELSEWHERE FOR MOVERS.
