      I don't know what to say about this company. They came to my condo to give an estimate and then to repair my air-conditioning. I have owned my new build condo for 4years, the warranty, which was 5 years, identified the builder as the first owner despite it clearly saying first owner. In less than 5 years a $2600 + bill for a 775 sq for condo. When they arrived to give estimate they checked the keys out at the concierge desk the went into the condo for less than 30 minutes as noted by the time stamp when key was checked out, but charged for 4 hours. I negotiated with the service manager to get a more accurate pricing. They completed the work and didn't bill till 6 months later. then 9 months later they sent a bill for the diagnostic visit. It was my understanding that the final invoice as noted by the word final was paid in a timely fashion. I called them and they explained that the diagnostics were not the work done??? I was also informed that to make it convenient for me they can charge my card on file???? I never gave them permission to collect and save my CC information. They then charged my CC the amount they said I owed to the cc that I had not given them permission to save or use. They informed me by email they had done so. From start to finish the billing and follow up was poor and I was shocked that they did not follow the law as it relates to collecting, storing and using client cc information without permission. All very distressing.
