"Allegiance staffing agency in ***************** has horrible employees I signed up prior in ********************************* I had worked there some years ago about 8 or so and my previous experience on getting a job there was fantastic in ****** at the time back in 2014 I then told them that I was going to become a longshoreman down in the port of ****** and that I'll be leaving the current job I was working at with them. Some years later work got slow down in the port of ****** for a few months and I got my job back at allegiant staffing down in ****** and I inform them that I would only be working for a short time until work pick back up where I was working at this was understood by them so I end up going back down to the port of ******* 8 years go by or so give or take maybe six years since I last worked for allegiance well instead of me having to travel from ****** to ****** I go and all my information is in the computer at ******'s office I get a job I got injured on that job and both allegiance and the job I was working at both new I was injured I filled out an accident report with the company allegiance sent me out to and kept in contact with both allegiance and the company I was working for a couple of weeks go by and my foot finally heals all this time I had been keeping contact with both allegiance and the company I was working with giving them status reports on my progress and then finally I'm able to actually start working again come to find out I had been fired for being injured on the job and taking too long letting my body heal up from my injury so they fired me and now they won't employ me at all I've contacted them several times and they just keep telling me no jobs at this time when I see job posts on indeed job site I apply for it and they won't give me the job when I have the skills to do that job I'm being discriminated against somehow."
