    US ************************* is top notch, I was dealing with an issue with another supplier. While that happened a price change went on and they were able to honor the sale price. ******* is top notch in the *************************** along with ****** in Sales. I would recommended them to anyone looking for printing equipment.

    I recently had an excellent experience with USCutters customer service when I needed new ink for my printer. Unfortunately, the ink I needed was unavailable, but ****** went above and beyond to help me. Everyone I spoke to at USCutter was friendly, helpful and proactive in helping me find an answer. ****** specifically kept in close contact with me through the process providing updates and even helping me to return ink I no longer needed. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. ********************** has earned my trust, and I will definitely continue to shop with them for all my future printing needs!

    They have given me the run around on a brand new cutter that did not function right from the day it came out of the box, they will not make things right, they keep trying to avoid replacing it, Ive been in the vinyl business for 12 years and have never had an issue with a cutter like this one, and their customer service and supervisor just run me around day after day

    In order for us to make sure that any replacement machine would not be having the exact same issue we need to properly troubleshoot to make sure the issue is indeed with the cutter. In the original videos we were sent, the material was clearly not being fed into the cutter properly, causing it to bunch up on the very end. This should never happen.  My understanding is that there were issues with calibration due to the calibration being performed on the software side as opposed to being done on the hardware/machine side of the operation. In speaking with my senior technician he indicated that he performed a machine-side calibration with you and that you were able to successfully do a contour cut afterward. The machine was indeed working correctly. If such is not the case please let us know.

    Hello again *********  I am sorry that you are not happy with our resolution of your return. We understand that customers sometimes make mistakes in ordering or change their mind after placing an order and that is OK. To recap our resolution of your particular situation, soon after we communicated tracking of the order via email, you realized your error and let us know, at which point we immediately took action to reroute the package with the carrier at our expense so that we could save YOU the time and expense of shipping this back to us as a Standard Return. Because you are a brand-new customer, we also waived the 20% re-stock fee that would normally be associated with such a return. Additionally, because it was a relatively small order, we were able to refund the cost of the material back to the original form of payment in advance of our actually receiving it at our warehouse so that you would not be inconvenienced at all by that.
    We see ourselves as business partners with our customers,and strive to have our customers view us similarly.  As such, in an instance such as this we ask only that you share a much smaller portion of the burden of this by taking responsibility for the original small shipping fee.
