      After doing more than a year of research, we decided to purchase 2 tents from Rainier Industries because of their warranty, claims they made about their product and the fact that they have been around for some duration. The products arrived more than a month late, they showed up missing huge amounts of the order causing delays in building, and the missing items took an additional 6 weeks to arrive (and not all of the items came. We are still missing items to this very day). The claims they made about their product were absolutely false. The only tent we did get built fell apart almost immediately. When we approached them about the warranty issues, we were ignored. We were told we would receive phone calls (only 1 call in over a year). This company has lied and ignored requests for warranty repairs. We paid 50% upfront and were supposed to pay the balance after delivery. We did not pay the balance due to the missing items. Once the items arrived (still missing the entire fabric of the tent) we had warranty issues on the one we had already built. This company delayed any response until after the warranty period was over and sent us to collections. I spoke with the collection agent and explained the situation. At that time, I agreed to pay the balance if the warranty issues were resolved. She agreed and I never heard from her or the company again. All of this has caused us to miss 2 seasons of revenue. Now we were just served with a civil lawsuit. This company and its sales person, *********************************, are extremely dishonest. They lie to their potential customers and do not honor their warranty claims in the slightest. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
