      Technician called that he was able to come early, wanted to be sure we were home. He arrived quickly, verified he had the property glass to replace our slider door and was finished within 20 minutes!!

      Scheduled and no showed that morning - after a 5 month wait for replacement glass. They states they could not find the glass. Had to re order. Another two months wait and am getting the run around. Agent ***** has been so rude, condescending and has literally brought me to tears over not being willing to schedule us for this replacement work. We are still without a service date and it has now been 7 months since filing a claim. We are beyond words and looking in to legal action.

      Milgard was very good to work with in replacing a few glass panels at our house. They stayed on schedule, and there service folks were very professional.

      Their service call was a joke. We had a problem with the windows sticking and jamming in cold weather. But they put us off for over 2 months to get a service appt, so now it's not cold anymore and the windows aren't sticking now. They don't seem to get that service put off is often no service at all. Then they send us this request for a review, and the biggest part of the email is an Ad for more windows! What morons! But what do you expect from any firm whose management thinks that email reiews constitute any kind of service.

      We had 17 windows replaced by Milgard. The 2 technicians were prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the windows and service. Also, we do compare it to another window company that we have had major issues with. 15 months to rectify their sub par workmanship and product. I would very much recommend Milgard windows and their local service.**** and *****

      I had a warranty replacement and the guy was in and out it about 15 minutes....Excellent service!

      The customer service person, *****, was exceptional! She was patient with me and very thorough. I received my appointment for the warranty replacement and just had to wait a couple of weeks.The new window technicians came today and were polite, professional, and right on spot. They cleaned up all the broken glass I had captured and cleaned out the remaining glass. A new window was put in the the crew was done in less than 30 minutes.I am very pleased with my experience!
