    Not Returnable, zero Star Rating.Item shipped with original label covered with a label showing 3 vegan ingredients and the other ingredients were blacked out. The sealant was not broken so I thought it could be returned. Unfortunately I can't return it so I am out of $30.

    Upon reviewing our records, we were unable to locate an order under the customers name or email address. To assist the customer further, we kindly request that they provide the order number or the email address associated with the purchase. This will allow us to accurately identify the issue and work toward a swift resolution. We are committed to resolving this matter efficiently.

    The customer contacted us via email on November 25th, and we responded the same day with an update that their order was still in transit with ****. On November 26th, at 3:48 AM PST (before our office hours), the customer emailed us again. Upon checking with ****, we confirmed that the order was marked as delivered at 11:29 AM that same day. We promptly responded with this update as soon as we were able to review the status.

    This company swears 100% refund with no questions asked. I purchased their product and have been asking for a refund for over 2 weeks with no results. This was after researching & my findings that it's not the best or safest way to go due to some ingredients. I asked for a refund in less than 24 hrs after my purchase, they still did not respond. There's never a live person to speak with from customer service. They sent me 'supposedly' a direct number to speak with the owner named ****...I've not been able to reach him. I have demand my money back thru ************** messages to no avail. I have filed a claim against them with Business Consumer Alliance & will do so with BBB. Think long & hard before purchasing. Scam!

    The customer contacted us by email on July 19. We responded that same day with detailed return instructions. Today, July 22, she informed us that she has started the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with processing her refund.
