    This establishment needs to understand the wording on its website. I purchased a gift card through the website following the language on the site. I requested that a gift card be sent at midnight on May 17. I wanted my girlfriend to receive the gift card before May 18, which was her birthday. I was not given a receipt after the purchase process on the website. I checked my credit card statement. I was charged $330 for the gift card. I called to talk to the manager *************** . who promised to take care of the issue; three days passed, no call, email, nothing. I called again and was told my purchase was found. I ask for a copy of the receipt. She promised I would receive it through email. I got a text stating that an appointment was made for May 17, 11:30. Nowhere on the website is an area to make an appointment for a gift card. The one option is an email to send the gift card to the recipient, not make an appointment. I texted back, saying this appointment was not acceptable, and I then received a text saying my gift card was canceled. It took several times for an actual person to answer my call. It kept going to voicemail. I then again talked with ***************, the manager, to request a new appointment and was told. I would receive a call back which I have yet to receive. I called several times. Till I believe I was blocked. This resulted in me filing a complaint with my credit card. I dont feel this was handled professionally, especially after speaking with the manager. Considering the amount of money I spent.
