Project was contracted in April ******************* May 2024. It is now October 2024 and the project continues to linger and their incapable of finishing it although multiple meetings and crews have been sent out to try and figure out how to complete their contract.

I paid a premium price to have a metal roof put on and they damaged my home several times and didn't follow directions. Communication skills were pretty much non-existent. If you speak spanish you can communicate. I have vinyl siding and they stapled my fascia twice. They poked holes in my siding. They just lifted the front of the dormer instead of making the roofing fit around it. They switched out all the material from what was quoted.They used a standoff that was rated down to 3:12 and my roof is 2.5:12. I informed them of the problem and they made excuses. They requested to time to make things right which I gave them but they caused more damage after I gave them the time to fix it. I would not recommend them to anybody in fact I advise you to stay away from them. I refused further entry onto my property and pray it doesn't leak.Review fromGail G

Tri-State Roofing installed a beautiful new roof for me about eight years ago. I recently contacted them again for new covered gutters. Everything looks great! **************** was fantastic. The installers were fast and friendly. They had good solutions for my old house's quirks. I highly recommend Tri-State.TriState Roofing Inc

We had (7) windows replaced by TriState, (2) of them which were quite large. The relationship with the company was very professional and friendly from the very start, beginning with the bid process to the completion of the job.All of the staff was courteous, and took care to make sure we were happy with the results. We had our roof replaced and we have had to call every year to have them come out and fix things. Now they will NOT answer our calls or return our messages. They were supposed to replace the facia boards, did NOT they scratch that part out of our contract, but you can see it on our copy. They broke our security light leaving glass on the ground, broke a glass hummingbird feeder from my deceased mother, they left a mess all around ****************** and staples. I have children and pets that could have been severely injured. They charged us ****** dollars even thought we did the tear off. They are rude and do NOT care about their quality of work or the customers they keep defrauding. We just spent great amount of money remodeling the interior of our house and now there is water streaming down from the can light in the kitchen, and we had to find someone to replace the roof again at a huge increase in price, we are going to have to refinance our home to pay for the damage to be fixed. Cause we had to hire someone to emergency tarp ****, while we wait for the new contractor to come out. AGAIN, they will not answer our calls or return our messages. Beware they are NOT a company to trust with your home. They do NOT care about the most expensive thing most people ever pay for you HOME and the **** over your head. We have done our part per the contract and *** ***** refuses to do their part.TriState Roofing Inc

We have made several attempts to repair their roof we installed in 2018. We explained to them that the decking has started to cup, causing the roof to fail. This has nothing to do with the workmanship or the product we installed. This has to do with the original decking that has failed, causing the roof to fail. We even offered to replace the roof for free and all they had to do was pay for the plywood to reset it. We have stayed in contact with the customer continuously. The ************************ that we do not answer their calls or return messages simply is not true. We tried to work with them to resolve the situation but they refused.
