    They have so many open positions because they fire anyone who complains about leadership's favorite employees, who happen to create a toxic work environment for other workers.They are unprofessional, and borderline racist. Half the companies they have contracts with, probably wouldn't work with them if they knew how they treated their employees.

    Review for Tool Gauge:While I value my time at Tool Gauge, I've faced some challenges regarding the administrative side of things. Recently, I've been attempting to obtain an enrollment code for the 401k plan with the employer and Empower 401k insurance company. However, there seems to be a delay in the process, with the company often providing redundant information instead of addressing the core issue. I hope they can streamline their processes to support employees better in these essential financial planning aspects. The right communication and timely support can make a big difference.
