      ******* from the owner ******************* all the way down to their worthless project managers, ***** man is a coward that hides in his office and wouldn't even look at the pictures I took of their lousy product, I was actually told OT to bring pictures, I don't like being treated like 1st grader ,I hate truebuilt with every essence of my soul

      Lots of red flags,First, they make you put a deposit on a contract that can never happen. Between getting the plans with the designer and filing a permit with King ******* it will never happen within the initial contract that they propose, expect 20% increase after putting a deposit. Once you get the permit, other red flags, Foundation has allocation for extra concrete and truck, they will underestimate and end result will be extra $1200 in costs Every upgrade in plans is 100% profit for them, i,e, 80 gallon water heater upgrade from 60 gallon is $1800 charge, which is the cost of an 80 gallon water heater.Work is out to least cost contractor, expect major flaws and they will find ways to not honor warantee.Worst failure is only installing deadbolt on front door, every other exterior door has only a single lock. How safe do you feel without a deadbolt on every door?
