    ***WARNING DO NOT EVER USE TECH STREAM LLC***So here is our rantas some of you may know we woke up last week to no heat. Long story short we contacted our home warranty company (Old Republic) who sent out a guy named ****** from Techstream LLC. He looked at our system, said he wasnt sure what the issue was but figured he would just change out the power boards and the thermostat. He said he didnt want to spend hours going through the all the wires to find which one was the issue because the warranty company doesnt pay him for all the hours it would take. So he came back installed all new equipment and said it was working finethat was ThursdayFriday morning we wake up to no heat!!! I contact him first thing Friday morningcontact our warranty company and never hear back from ******. We contacted him again today after looking up his company and seeing the horrible complaints. I told him if we didnt hear back from him I was contacting BBB. He called Old Republic and said he was scared to come to our house because we threatened him. He is not backed by the BBB, he has horrible reviews on Yelp and other sites. I repeat Do Not Use this company for any HVAC service. Side notewe will also be looking for new home warranty company. And we are still without heat!!
